Actively involved in the film and production industry for decades, Mark White Is avid with production. In his youth, Mark was a sponsored avid skateboarder, which gave him his first introduction to a operating a camera. In fact, Mark enjoyed filming skateboarding so much, he eventually created his first mini-series of Skateboard films. Mark had a knack for scouting, not only locations and spots, but for talent and athletes. His videos helped start the careers of many known skate pros. The creation of Skateboard videos gave him experience in all realms of production: art department, utility, lighting, camera, editing, locations, scouting and really jump started his career in the production world.
Today Mark still enjoys Scouting, filming and editing skate videos and assisting with the new careers of upcoming athletes. Mark also enjoys doing camera work for live Television and working with the various sporting events.
Outside of sports, Mark thoroughly enjoys working in all realms of film. More recently, his work as a locations scout has proved to be a natural extension.
He finds great satisfaction in finding the right spot that matches the Directors vision. Once on set, Mark enjoys making sure each department has what they need to keep production running smoothly.
Mark's vast experience makes him the perfect pick for any production from Live Broadcast, Commercials, Film, TV, even web content, as he is comfortable stepping in, in all capacities. Mark is a great addition to a locations team and has great insight for the creative department as well. Post production Mark is highly praised for his contributions, his teamwork and most of all for his endurance for getting the job done.
