- Born in Aquadilla, Puerto Rico and raised in Long Island,New York, Hampton,Virginia,and Henrietta,New York by way of her father's 20yr service as a Senior Master Sergent in the US Air Force. Teresa's acting career began after relocating to Atlanta, Georgia. She joined The SCLC People's Survival Theatre, one of Atlanta's first African American theatre companies where she performed as a character actor in two different soap-opera weekly series and several plays. Teresa's experience in front of a still camera goes back to when she was a Plus Model and has danced as a member of several cultural dance companies in Atlanta.
She's known for her TV guest star role in "If Loving You is Wrong" episodic,Own Network,Tyler Perry's Studios, Kirk Franklin's Grammy winning song "I Smile" music video, shorts and regional commercials.
