Jeff Hill(XVI)
- Actor
- Additional Crew
Jeff was born in the city of Detroit, Michigan. His parents were caught
in the middle of the 67 riots and decided to move to the suburb of Oak
Park. There they lived for a few years before heading north into the
small township of Metamora in Lapeer County.
Growing up in the country on Lake Metamora gave Jeff the opportunities to do things otherwise not available to him in the suburbs. As he grew up it became obvious to him that he wanted a career in radio. Especially after a chance meeting with "Wolfman Jack". That would be a dream he would put on the back burner for a long period of time.
Upon graduating from Lapeer West he became a printer. He then followed that career for a few years before settling in the automotive supply industry as a quality/test development expert.
During that time he began to work as a Circuit Marshal for the Detroit Grand Prix Association. Becoming close with some of the drivers and a few TV/Movie Stars he started to get that itch to be in entertainment again.
Fast Forward to a chance meeting with local on air personality Tony Labrie at Radio X in Lapeer. Jeff and Tony hit it off and his radio career started. As fast as it started it was ended when the station was sold to a bigger station in Flint Mi a year or so later. In the midst of all that Jeff was creating a name for himself as a DJ in the club scene. He has remained in that scene as a DJ/light/computer tech guy. His interactions with bands on both the local and national level pushed him along as well.
Present day. Jeff has remained in the club and radio scene as well as becoming friends with people such as Jacoby Shaddix, Jeff Hatrix and Waylon Reavis as well as several others in the national music scene. He has never been happier. He picked up on acting in late 2010 and it has been one one helluva ride since. Working with the likes of Emily Blunt, Brian Posehn, Jake "The Snake" Roberts, Dustin Diamond, Joe Esteves, Shaun Majumder, James McDaniel and a multitude of others.
