Brian Kurlander is a an award winning actor and playwright. His work in film and television has had him performing opposite some of the biggest names in Hollywood including: Academy Award winner Morgan Freeman and Yellowstone star, Cole Hauser, in the international thriller "The Ritual Killer", Academy Award Winner Reese Witherspoon and Corey Stoll in the critically acclaimed "The Good Lie", as well as Hollywood legend Harvey Keitel in the dystopian sci-fi drama, "Hard Matter".
Mr. Kurlander is a classically trained actor and has performed in most of the Shakespearean cannon, as well as in over 100 professional stage productions from New York to Los Angeles.
Born in Rochester, NY he distinguished himself early as an elite athlete winning numerous state and national championships as a folkstyle, collegiate and greco-roman wrestler. He represented Team USA in the Espior Greco-Roman World championships placing among the top 10 in the world. An NCAA Division I All-American, Mr. Kurlander is an inductee of the James Madison University Sports Hall of Fame.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Kurlander has hiked, skied or mountain biked the Adirondacks, Appalachians, Rockies, Alps, and Himalayas, having trekked to Base Camp at Mount Everest in October of 2022.
