Ahmed al Suwaidi

Ahmed Al Suwaidi grew up loving the world of cinema. Inspired by great
directors of the 1970's - 2000's, he dove into the profession of film
making. Al Suwaidi is a self-made writer, capturing the world of
imaginations in words. Having a broad knowledge of cinema, he studied
at a Media Insitute in Dubai where he learned different aspects of
filmmaking.
Though, he went there to study animation, his heart laid in the center of film. In the year 2009, he joined Akash Kingston Louis Gilbert in developing Eulogy (2010), a Short film about a modern day reporter that was screened in the short film corner of the Cannes Film Festival. He was the production designer at the time.
Now he is residing in the United Arab Emirates, writing scripts and developing "The Ronin Volumes" along with director 'Akash Kingston Louis Gilbert'. Along with writing and directing his own short films to be submitted to various film festivals.
