Jessica Rae Huber is a film and television composer who has written music for hundreds of episodes of television, feature films, production libraries, and podcasts. Jessica and her team have produced scores for multiple major studio and independent films and television shows. She has also been frequently recruited to write additional music for other composers across many genres and types of media. Her work can be heard on projects such as Disney's The Ghost, The Walking Dead franchise, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and Outlander.
Previously, Jessica worked as an Assistant Composer and Scoring Manager for a major film music production company where she hired and supervised a large team, coordinated multiple simultaneous scoring projects, and managed scoring budgets for major studio productions. She has since become a highly sought-after consultant because of her proven record of recruiting, building, and maintaining scoring teams and workflows in a variety of settings.
She holds a degree in film and video game scoring from Berklee College of Music, and a degree from Florida Atlantic University in Communications, Women's Studies, and History. She teaches part-time for Berklee Online as a part of their Master's in Film Scoring program. Occasionally, she guest lectures about scoring for media and musical storytelling for higher learning institutions, composer labs, and conferences.
