The folks at Bdhr Entertainment are proud to announce that they're about to begin production on their new three-part anthology film entitled Urban Legends. Read on for the details!
Just to be clear, this new movie has no affiliation with any other previous Urban Legend entitled film, lest anyone be confused. However, judging by some of the early promo images, this project certainly looks like it has promise. The three segments are "Deadly Girlfriend", "Dead Man's Bluff" and "Bloody Mary"…combine all three, and it sounds like an average Friday night/Saturday morning for Doctor Gash!
Urban Legends starts filming on July 6th in the state of Virginia. It is written and produced by onetime horror blogger Brandon Sites (Big Daddy Horror Reviews) and is directed by Travis Legge. For more check out the official Bdhr Entertainment website.
Each segment of the film has its own Facebook page as well.

A loser finds himself obsessively drawn to his ex-girlfriend who is now a blood-thirsty vampire.
Part satire on office life, part spoof of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Vamp X is muddled mess. The problem is that the two things that Vamp X is attempting to send up are so polar opposite from one another, that the film fails to gel and become a cohesive whole. Instead, it ends up feeling like two separate short films. The office part of the film doesn't have enough sting, enough bite. The performances, in general, are way over the top. Vamp X ends up feeling caricature ish instead of being relate-able. The humor becomes too broad, instead of engaging the audience. The Buffy spoof pretty much consists of one poorly put together, prolonged fight sequence. Instead of...

With Drive-In Massacre producer Brandon Sites promised sex, drugs, a drive-in and, of course, a massacre. He then went on to ponder "what else could you want?". ...well, there was one thing missing. How about a little rock n' roll? Jonathan Tiersten, who so memorably starred in Sleepaway Camp, Return to Sleepaway Camp & The Perfect House, has just signed on to star in Drive-In Massacre.
Jonathan Tiersten is able to convey that bad boy sensibility effortlessly. There is something inherently exciting and dangerous about that kind of persona on screen which seamlessly lends itself to a slasher. He was that missing element that will bring it all together in Drive-In Massacre.
Drive-In Massacre is about a cursed drive-in movie theater. A group of college aged kids who ignored all the signs. Now, one fateful night he will make them pay for their indiscretions.... in Blood!!!

Jon Keeyes Director Jon Keeyes (American Nightmare, Fall Down Dead) who has shown a clear understanding of what makes a horror film scary and suspenseful will be taking over directing duties for the web series "Throwing Stones". I liked the idea behind the first season of Throwing Stones and thought it featured a dynamic young cast, but I will be honest, I thought it missed the mark in terms of crafting terror and unease. So that's why I am excited to see Keeyes taking over as he has the know how to take what was missing from season 1 and improve upon that. I think Keeyes has the potential to be the next Wes Craven (Scream) if he can score that breakout hit as he has such a command on what makes a scary film scary. Hopefully, he can bring those skill sets to Throwing Stones and show the world what...

The fear-inducing webseries "Throwing Stones" debuted on 28Dla with an article here: Broken Windows Theory Explained on 28Dla. Now, the first episode in the series is available inside. The clip is about three minutes long and the tone of the film, thus far, is pure fear.
If you are on you lunch break and still in the office, turn down the volume slightly as the screams from the monitor might make those around you think you are being murdered! All the details on this series are inside.
A plot summary for the film here:
"The concept of "Throwing Stones" derives from the sociologist theory on broken windows. A broken window is left unfixed in a neighborhood; it signals to that community it's acceptable for that type of behavior to take place. These ideas compound until the neighborhood becomes decayed and unable to achieve its past grandeur. Now apply the theory...

Throwing Stones Alt PosterToday is the day of the webseries, as Throwing Stones shows up on the radar. The film takes on the Broken Windows Theory which basically states that the removal of torn down and broken homes or the repairing of damaged infrastructure leads to a safer community. Also, keeping things in order leads to less vandalism and fewer instances of crime. This is a theory that was trumped by Mayor Giuliani in New York during the '80s and '90s with some success.
Throwing Stones will take this approach to a whole new level, as students are seen as the broken windows in need of repair. But only a few of the students can be fixed with hammer and nail, while others need complete destruction! In Throwing Stones no one is safe, not even the viewers! So, take an early look at a film which uses some...
