Lisa Stiles was born in Windsor, Canada, but didn't actually move to
Canada until her 5th birthday, as her family was residing in the US.
Growing up, she enjoyed a fun and carefree lifestyle in a small
waterfront town. She excelled at school and sports- always competitive-
while being awarded sportsmanship and leadership awards year after
year. She would care for her grandmother though the night, while going
to school and working. At the age of 18 she was to go to LA to learn
script-writing from her successful great-uncle Robert Dennis, however,
both he and her grandmother died prematurely. During high school and
University she stayed involved in theatre, television and modeling when
the opportunity was available. While obtaining her Honours Business
Degree and her Psychology Degree she chose to study International
Business and Art History in the south of France. After extensive
travels through Europe, she returned to Windsor, Ontario to pursue her
love of business, returning to film and theatre in 2002. After a brief
hiatus for the birth of her daughter Jaiden in 2003, she hit the film
industry running, combining her business savvy and love of film, - she
has not looked back!! Her debut independent short "Netlection" that she
wrote, directed and produced, has received multiple film festival
nominations.
