Kevin Chew
- Director
- Actor
- Writer
It all started when he first saw the scene from "True Romance" where Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper cement themselves as the greatest actors of the Tarantino era. That scene singularly personified great cinema and inspired Kevin to become a filmmaker/actor/writer. His dream of becoming the first Triad Chinese Delivery Guy with a fake Asian accent to win an Oscar has always motivated him be more Oriental. As a lifelong film buff, he is always quoting movies and falls asleep to a movie every night. He resides in Brooklyn, New York as a stay-at-home dad to two girls while pursuing his dreams thanks to his wife's health insurance coverage. He met his wife on the set of a Caesar's Palace Atlantic City commercial shoot in 2005. He was playing the dealer and she was the maid. He attended Massapequa High School (1995) and Binghamton University '99 (Economics/Theatre). Kevin is the co-creator (with Veronica Dang and Carol Lee) of NYC's 1st Asian American Sketch Comedy Group, Model Majority.
