Miesha Tate showed off her incredible abs in a bathroom selfie, which she posted on Friday. The mixed martial artist is a former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion among other achievements.
Miesha wore a turquoise blue sports bra that she lifted slightly up to show off the full extent of her astonishing and well-defined abs. The hardworking mixed martial artist stood at an angle that also allowed the camera to capture her amazing arm muscles, which weren’t even flexed for the shot.
The former Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion wore short black gym shorts that showed off her muscular legs and stood with a slightly leaned back stance and knees bent with her legs apart.
Miesha piled her thick hair, with the ends dyed a faded red, on top of her head.

Miesha, Miesha, Miesha. After 29 days, it was Miesha Tate who added another championship to her proverbial mantle as the Season 3 winner of the CBS reality series Celebrity Big Brother. The trailblazing Mma fighter dominated the competition alongside her ride-or-die Todrick Hall. The two were strong allies and forged an unbreakable bond, which was the common thread throughout the game. In the end, the evicted houseguests (minus SNL vet Chris Kattan who left the show early) chose Miesha by a vote of 7-1 to earn the $250,000. Todrick ruffled just one too many feathers with his arguably cutthroat strategy but did walk away in second place with $50,000. “America’s Favorite Houseguest” went to Carson Kressley. We caught up with “Cupcake” Tate to chat about why the reality TV competition was among the biggest challenges of her life. It took 29 days for the Celebrity Big Brother house to pare down this season’s 11 hopefuls, and on Wednesday’s season finale, the finalists were hungrier than ever to earn a spot in those final two seats. Even hungrier than a sleepwalking, cake-chomping Chris Kattan.

All month long, Cynthia Bailey, Miesha Tate and Todrick Hall fought for their place to be on the “Celebrity Big Brother” winners list, and now it’s time to hand out the $250,000 grand prize. Heading into finale night, Miesha had a leading five challenge wins under her belt, compared to just two for Todrick and zero for Cynthia. What you talkin’ about, Celebrity Big Brother? Ahead of the reality show’s February 23 finale, it was Todd Bridges and Lamar Odom sent home in a double eviction. The two were initially put on the block by Head of Household (Hoh) Todrick Hall. Todd didn’t go down without a fight though. He beat Todrick and Miesha Tate head-to-head in the Celebrity Luge “Power of Veto” competition. Of course, the sitcom star took himself off the block. A split vote led to Todrick deciding it was game over for Lamar rather than Cynthia Bailey. Host Julie Chen Moonves then told the remaining houseguests that there would be a second person sent packing. Tate won the “Bb Flix Film Festival” Hoh and secured her place in the finale. The Mma fighter then put Cynthia and Todd on the block. Tate solidified her picks by also winning the “Frozen in Time” competition for “Power of Veto.

The Celebrity Big Brother house has been all over the place this season.
While there were power shifts earlier in the season, Miesha Tate and Todrick Hall have primarily been running things.
For fans, it has been a less than stellar season because the same people are mainly getting what they want at every single eviction.
With the evictions of Todd Bridges and Lamar Odom, we're left with Miesha, Todrick, and Cynthia as our final three.
The finale is set to play out live Wednesday at 8/7c on CBS. It's time to take a look at the final three's chances of winning the $250,000 cash prize.

Heading into the fifth live episode of “Celebrity Big Brother,” new Head of Household Todd Bridges had just nominated Carson Kressley (his true target) and Lamar Odom (just a pawn) for eviction. But with the Veto competition still on the line, Carson and Cynthia Bailey knew that if Cynthia won, she could remove Carson from the block, thereby forcing Todd to put up one member of the power couple — Miesha Tate and Todrick Hall — as a replacement nominee. Another week meant another Head of Household competition inside the “Celebrity Big Brother” house. With Shanna Moakler being evicted on Monday night, only six people remained in the game. Former beauty queen Shanna Moakler has been overthrown on Big Brother: Celebrity Edition in dramatic backdoor fashion. On Valentine’s Day, no less! The house was flipped upside down after it seemed Miesha Tate would get the boot courtesy of Head of Household Carson Kressley. Instead, Todrick Hall pulled out a CBB Hail Mary to save his top ally by planting the idea that Shanna couldn’t be trusted and was playing both sides behind Carson and Cynthia Bailey’s back. Todrick won the “Sweeter Than Veto” competition to earn the Power of Veto, which ultimately meant game over for Shanna. The entertainer decided to switch out Todd Bridges—Miesha’s fellow nominee for eviction—for Shanna, and the rest is history. Here, Shanna reflects on the experience and how the tide turned against her. How has it been reacclimating to life outside isolation? Shanna Moakler: It has been so crazy.

That sound you hear are millions of “Celebrity Big Brother” fans screaming in anger over what just happened on Monday night’s live episode. In a shocking turn of events, Shanna Moakler was evicted by her closest allies, Carson Kressley and Cynthia Bailey, after being thrown under the bus by Todrick Hall and Miesha Tate. Amazingly, Carson and Cynthia believed everything their enemies told them about Shanna, hook, line and sinker. “Don’t worry Todrick, I’ll get the jury to vote against you,” Shanna proclaimed on her way out of the “CBB3” house.
After leaving the game, Shanna chatted with host Julie Chen Moonves in a socially distanced exit interview. “I don’t have any control over what they do,” Shanna confessed when Julie asked about whether she really would try to influence the jury members. “Todrick was already doing his song and dance, so it was my last little jab.

Heading into the fourth live eviction episode of “Celebrity Big Brother,” new Head of Household Carson Kressley had just nominated Miesha Tate and Todd Bridges. So who ended up having a one-on-one conversation with Julie Chen Moonves at the end of the evening?

During Wednesday’s sixth episode of “Celebrity Big Brother 3,” Miesha Tate won Head of Household for the second time this season, and she nominated power couple Carson Kressley and Cynthia Bailey for eviction. However, just minutes after the nominations ceremony ended, Miesha’s ride-or-die Todrick Hall had his sights set on someone else.
“Miesha is set on taking out a big target, but maybe just maybe she’s missing a huge target that’s sitting right underneath her nose,” Todrick proclaimed in the diary room. “I want Miesha to be thinking in the back of her mind that Chris Kirkpatrick might be a good nominee. The games have begun!”

Hey, "Celebrity Big Brother" fans. We're back with another very important update from inside the Celebrity Big Brother season 3 house. This past Monday night, February 7, 2022, after the Live eviction show that sent poor Mirai packing, another Hoh (Head Of Household) competition did take place. According to the folks over at Big Brother Network and the Live feeds, the comp required them to hold down a button while changing clothes. When it was all said and done, it was Miesha who walked away with the victory to claim her second Hoh win of this season. Yesterday, February 8, 2022, the nomination ceremony took place. The reigning Hoh, Miesha Tate had to put up another two people for eviction, and she nominated Carson and Cynthia. So, those two are now sitting on the chopping block.

Heading into the first live eviction episode of “Celebrity Big Brother 3,” Head of Household Miesha Tate had nominated Mirai Nagasu (her true target) and Carson Kressley (just a pawn). But things quickly change within the ‘Bb’ house and it wasn’t long before Todrick Hall got in Miesha’s ear and convinced the Mma fighter that Carson was the real threat to win this game. With the crosshairs now on Carson (unbeknownst to him), the “Queer Eye” O.G. dominated the Veto competition and took himself off the block. Miesha had no choice but to replace Carson with Teddi Mellencamp, who she had guaranteed safety earlier in the week.
Host Julie Chen Moonves had a surprise up her sleeve at the live eviction ceremony. Cynthia Bailey was asked to come to the front of the living room and change the logo of her Mon Won hat upside down, to read Nom Now.

Teddi Mellencamp is no stranger to reality TV from her years on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but learned Big Brother: Celebrity Edition is a whole different ball game. The first star evicted from season 3 was sent packing after being voted out over Todd Bridges. When the cast initially made themselves at home it seemed things were going fine for the star. She was a part of “The Formation” alliance alongside Mirai Nagasu, Todrick Hall, Cynthia Bailey, Shanna Moakler, and Carson Kressley. Too bad Miesha Tate, first Head of Household (Hoh), saw her as an early threat from the start. Mellencamp thought she was safe after striking up a deal if she became Hoh down the road with the Mma fighter, but as they do on Bb, plans change. Not even the “Mon Won” “Nom Now” twist that pulled Nagasu off the chopping block could save her. Less than 24 hours outside the house,...

Big Brother: Celebrity Edition finally returned to CBS after three years.
The spinoff series of the long-running competition series made a splash with its premiere topping demo ratings on Wednesday night. Per fast affiliates, the CBS series nabbed a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demo and 3.66 million viewers. The houseguests this season are Cynthia Bailey-Hill, Teddi Mellencamp, Todd Bridges, Todrick Hall, Chris Kattan, Carson Kressley, Shanna Moakler, Mirai Nagasu, Lamar Odom, Miesha Tate and Chris Kirkpatrick.
While Celebrity Big Brother‘s Season 3 debut marked yet another primetime win for CBS, the series was obviously significantly down from previous pre-pandemic premieres. Before Wednesday evening, the most recent season premiered in January 2019 and concluded in February 2019. Like most other primetime shows, Celebrity Big Brother took a pretty noticeable hit with the pandemic. For comparison, the series debut in February 2018 earned a 1.8 demo rating and 7.25 million viewers.
