The webs of romance in Bridgerton easily captured the top spot among all streaming titles for the show’s return. Theatrical flop Madame Web, meanwhile, found a promising start to its streaming life.
Bridgerton drew 2.76 billion minutes of viewing time in the United States for the week of May 13-19. The first half of season three premiered on May 16, and Nielsen says those four episodes accounted for 70 percent of the total, or about 1.93 billion minutes — which would still have ranked No. 1 by a wide margin. The remaining 827 million minutes came from the first two seasons.
Madame Web — whose mom was in the Amazon researching spiders right before she died — premiered May 14 on Netflix and racked up 1.16 billion minutes of viewing for the week. That’s equivalent to about 10 million complete showings of the movie, which is part of Sony’s Spider-Man universe and was derided by both critics and audiences...

With the release of the first half of Season 3, Netflix’s Bridgerton dominated Nielsen’s U.S. overall streaming ranking for the week of May 13, amassing nearly 2.8 billion minutes viewed for 20 available episodes.
Making their debuts on the overall streaming chart were the 116-minute Sony/Marvel film Madame Web, which landed at No. 3 with 1.2 billion minutes viewed on Netflix, and Reba McEntire’s early-aughts Reba sitcom, which that week began streaming on Netflix (as well as on Hulu) and ranked No. 6 with 744 million minutes viewed for 124 library episodes.

No surprise here — Bridgerton was the talk of the ton during its Season 3 debut week last month.
The series easily made it to the top of Nielsen’s streaming charts for the week of May 13 to 19, despite the first four episodes of Season 3 launching about halfway through this interval. Nevertheless, Bridgerton scored 2.7B minutes viewed, with the four new episodes accounting for 70% of that total.
That exceeds the viewership during Season 2’s premiere weekend, which hit 2.5B minutes viewed. Of course, the four new episodes do add some runtime to the series, naturally lending itself to more inflated viewing metrics.
About a third of the viewership came from Seasons 1 and 2, indicating that Bridgerton‘s viewership could continue to grow over the next few weeks in anticipation of the final four episodes of Season 3.
The eyebrow raiser on this week’s Nielsen chart is Madame Web, which hit third place overall and No.

For faithful viewers of The Voice, Adam Levine was known as an Og coach of the hit singing competition. He started alongside Blake Shelton, CeeLo Green, and Christina Aguilera. More so, Adam and Blake’s bromance made the show worth tuning into. Sadly, Adam exited the series in 2019 after Season 16. Well, well, well. We certainly didn’t have “Adam Levine returns to ‘The Voice'” on our Bingo card. Did you?
Levine, one-fourth of the original “Voice” U.S. coaching panel, is set to return to his big red chair … but there’s a catch. He won’t appear in Season 26, due out in Fall 2024. Instead, he will return in Season 27, scheduled for Spring 2025.
See Carson Daly (‘The Voice’ host and producer) on longevity, Emmys and succeeding ‘in a post-Blake Shelton world’
The Maroon 5 front-man was part of the iconic Season 1 coaching panel on NBC with Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera and CeeLo Green. Levine left the show after 16 seasons, though he later popped up to taunt his “frenemy” Shelton, who remained in his chair until the end of Season 23.
Levine’s departure in 2019 caught everyone off-guard as he was expected to return to the judging panel in the following cycle.

It may all be ridiculous if you think about it too much, but this action-comedy franchise still has gas in the tank 30 years after the fortuitous teaming of Will Smith and Martin Lawrence first hit the beat as notorious Miami cops aka the “Bad Boys.”
Perhaps the most action-packed edition yet, Bad Boys: Ride or Die turns the tables on the two title stars as Mike Lawrey (Smith) and partner Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) find themselves on the run and on the other side of the law. Their beloved late Captain Howard (Joe Pantoliano), who died at the hands of vicious cartel member Armando Aretas (Jacob Scipio) in the previous film, 2020’s Bad Boys for Life, is accused posthumously of being on the take from the cartels.
