Born 1962 in Whyalla, South Australia. David's debut in the entertainment industry is when he was a drummer
for a rock/cabaret band at the age of 13 yrs. Since starting his acting career later in life, David has been involved in many films and TV productions. Which he is best known for films such as 'Escape from Pretoria' (Dir. Francis Annan) 'Oranges and Sunshine' (Dir. Jim Loach) 'A Second Chance (Dir. Clay Glen) and TV productions such as 'Stateless' (Dir. Emma Freeman & Jocelyn Moorhouse) and 'Plonk' (Dir. Nathan Earl). As well as doing many theatre productions, TVC's, Corporate Videos, David's ultimate passion is film and has developed his skills to push him in that direction.
Apart from acting, David has his own company as a commercial stone mason that processes Marble & Granite.
David was born in Whyalla South Australia in 1962. His mother was an English immigrant that settled in Whyalla with her family then met his father, born in Thebarton, South Australia.
Married Rosslyn Stevens in 1986 and has three daughters and one son and lives in the beautiful Barossa Valley in South Australia.
David was the drummer in the band called 'Atlantis', and later they changed the name to 'Knight'. He eventually started acting later in life.
David is the second eldest of four sons to Gwyn & Colin.
