Everyone is different, and no cinematic medium proves this statement more than horror. Some people are paralyzed by heights. Others are frozen at the sight of spiders. Another might cower when thinking about claustrophobic spaces. We’re all just terrified little snowflakes with our own unique fear triggers, fluttering downward towards a bloody chopping floor.

My post-screening chat with some critic buddies revealed some other disapproving tastes, but for my money, writer-turned-director Leigh Whannell picks up right where James Wan left off in the scare department. Thank you, Insidious, for once again providing the jolts mainstream horror so desperately seems to be lacking.

He's only made one appearance on "Sons of Anarchy" and didn't have any lines, but the character known as "Blonde Boy" made a lasting mark on the show during its Season 6 premiere on Tuesday (September 10), which depicted an elementary school shooting. The character was played by 10-year-old Tate Berney.
Berney is no stranger to TV. Even at his young age, he's a seasoned veteran who lived through the soap opera taping schedule. From 2010 to 2011 he appeared on 89 episodes of "All My Children" as Adam Chandler III. In fact, he was the last actor to play the role when the series ended on TV.
Additionally he's had appearances on short-lived TV shows like "Eleventh Hour" and an episode in Season 2 of "Samantha Who?" Berney will next be seen as the young version of Seann WIlliam Scott's character in the movie "Just Before I Go," which will also be the feature...

The following contains spoilers from the Season 6 premiere of "Sons of Anarchy." Don't read if you don't want to know.
When we left off, "Sons of Anarchy" was pure chaos. Tara (Maggie Siff) was headed to prison, Clay (Ron Perlman) was framed for murder, Jax (Charlie Hunnam) was becoming the type of club president we all hoped he wouldn't and, most importantly, Otto (Kurt Sutter) lost another body part. Rest in peace, Otto's tongue.
Fast forward a bit and you come across Season 6. With only two seasons left to complete his vision, Sutter is bent on making the story of "Sons of Anarchy" as deeply disturbing as possible, and the premiere, "Straw," does just that.
The biggest news out of the episode occurred near the end, when a young boy (Tate Berney), who popped up in nearly every scene, walks into his school with a gun and opens fire, after...
