Here's a clip from the Cuba Gooding Jr thriller One In The Chamber, which also stars Dolph Lundgren and Claudia Bassols. Set in Prague, Gooding stars as an assassin hired by the Mafia to work for a gang he once tried to annihilate. Lundgren stars as another assassin hired to take on Carver (Gooding's character). Directed by Will Kaufman (who also directed Gooding Jr in The Hit List) the film's DVD/Blu-Ray release date is set for August 21st. Here;s the full synopsis: In Prague, two skilled assassins make themselves available for hire to the Mafia. Anchor Bay has announced the Blu-Ray release of One in the Chamber, starring Cuba Gooding Jr. and Dolph Lundgren, for August.
Cuba Gooding Jr. hasn’t had the best career as of late, mostly starring in straight-to-dvd B action films, but occasionally he provides us with a performance that reminds us why he was once Oscar material. One in the Chamber isn’t one of those performances (at least I wouldn’t think so), but it does look kind of fun.
The film also stars Dolph Lundgren, who appears to be getting pumped up for The Expendables 2.
Both men look to be fully embracing the cheesy one-liners, while kicking each other’s asses in between. I can’t say that One in the Chamber is going to be any good, but it just might make for an okay Saturday night rental with the buddies.

We announced Cuba Gooding Jr.'s involvement in this Mob/Assasin action-thriller a little less than a year ago. Directed by Will Kaufman (who also directed Gooding Jr in The Hit List) and set for a DVD/Blu-Ray release this August 21st, One In The Chamber also stars Dolph Lundgren and Claudia Bassols. Set in Prague, Gooding stars as an assassin hired by the Mafia to work for a gang he once tried to annihilate. Lundgren stars as another assassin hired to take on Carver (Gooding's character). I'm sure there's a lot of guns, car chases, explosions and even some martial arts to get your testosterone pumping! Synopsis: In Prague, two skilled...

What do you get when you put Cuba Gooding Jr. and Dolph Lundgren in the same movie? A slam-bang action movie! Or, at least, this trailer for the duo’s “One in the Chamber” looks pretty slam-bang action-y to me. Check out the trailer for director Will Kaufman’s “One in the Chamber”, which finds Gooding Jr. and Lundgren playing opposing assassins that end up on the same job. You know, that old story. If I had a penny for everytime some hitman tries to muscle in on my action, well, then I probably wouldn’t need to kill people for money. In Prague, two skilled assassins make themselves available for hire to the Mafia. However, when one assassin, Carver (Gooding) takes a job with a gang he was once hired to eliminate, it launches into an all-out mob war where survival is about as certain as the number of bullets left in the clip.
