Kira Josephson

Kira is originally from California, where she attended the Orange County School of the Arts and received her BFA in Theatre Arts from Stephens College. After graduating, she lived in New York and went on to perform regionally around the country in shows such as 9 to 5, White Christmas, and Legally Blonde.
She performed at the opening of the French-American Cultural Center in Paris, playing the role of "Willie" in This Property is Condemned. She has also performed in rep with the University of Southern California in several of their seasons at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
She moved to New Zealand in 2015, and has lived in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland. Her most recent New Zealand theatre credits include Little Shop of Horrors, Legally Blonde, Chicago, Les Misérables and Wicked.
Kira works regularly as a choreographer. Previous choreography credits include The Drowsy Chaperone, Wedding Singer, Urinetown, Little Women, and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She is also a professional tap dancer and teaches regularly around the country.
