The countdown to Marvel’s summer tentpole Avengers: Age Of Ultron has turned into a never-ending swirl of clips, trailers, TV spots, posters and images. The marketing blitz kickstarted last year with the release of the first official teaser. That tantalizing glimpse at our titular superheroes promptly sent the Internet into flurries of excitement… but didn’t yet reveal any information on one of the movie’s more modest figures.
The true nature of Vision, played by Paul Bettany aka J.A.R.V.I.S., has been expertly masked by Marvel’s marketing honchos in their carefully-orchestrated stream of materials. May 1, 2015 (or April 23) is fast approaching, and Marvel/Disney has aptly shifted promotion for Avengers: Age of Ultron into the highest gear. While we have new snippets of footage revealed almost daily through television spots, featurettes, and soon movie clips, the highly-anticipated sequel has officially received an expected PG-13 rating for "intense sequences of sci-fi action, violence & destruction, and some suggestive comments" as well as a run time of 141 minutes. Furthermore, it now appears there will be an official screening for the press tomorrow, and Collider is reporting that Disney will allow them to post their reactions to the movie on social media immediately afterwards.
