Murphy(IV)

Murphy (first name has not been recorded) had little to do with the early cinema. This was because his only appearance in film was in the Edison Kinetoscope short "The Hornbacker-Murphy Fight". In this film, Murphy met in a boxing match with the boxer Eugene Hornbacker as his challenger, which had a total of six rounds. Little is known of Murphy otherwise, as he remains somewhat a mystery.
