Taking the law into her own hands, Dina Lohan decided to plead guilty to a Dwi this afternoon (April 15).
According to her lawyer Mark Heller, Lindsay’s mother accepted a plea deal after her September 2013 arrest for a Dwi and speeding.
"This being the first day of Passover, Dina Lohan was very gratified to receive an offer that we could not pass over," Mark said in a statement. "No jail, no probation and the opportunity to resume her driving privileges. She felt this was a great start to the Holy Week."
Lohan must complete 100 hours of community service before her June 3 sentencing. In addition, Dina must attend a 16-hour state program on driver safety, along with installing devices in her car that will only allow her to start the vehicle if she's sober and pay fines approximately $2,800 in fines.

Lindsay Lohan is facing 90 days in rehab as part of her plea deal to avoid jail in her lying-to-the-cops case. TMZ is reporting that Lilo's lawyers and the prosecutors have settled on a location -- the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY.
Seafield is a 90-bed inpatient treatment facility that features a 24-hour staff. Social programs include individualized treatment plans, pastoral care and acupuncture therapy. Lohan will not be on "lockdown," but authorities will be notified if she leaves, which would constitute a probation violation and she would likely wind up in jail.
TMZ reports that the cost is over $4000 per week, which means Lohan will be looking at a cost of over $50,000 for the 90-day stay. There are also strict rules -- no tobacco, no cell phone use and a dress code.
There is no word yet as to when Lohan will report to the facility.

According to Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Mark Heller, there was no discussion of Adderall during her plea deal with the judge on her lying-to-police case.
"That was never a part of any discussion with the prosecutors or the court. That was never an issue we addressed," Heller said, as reported by The New York Daily News.
"Prosecutors or the court would never interject themselves into medical determinations," he continued. "Patients traditionally apprise facilities of what medications, if any, they're prescribed, and after a full series of medical evaluations, each facility determines what medications, if any, are going to be allowed. This is never dictated by the patient. It's always determined by medical staff who are well qualified."
Reports of Lohan's alleged Adderall deal lined up with her history with the drug. According to Lohan's probation reports from 2010, the former child star has been taking Adderall "for as long as she can remember.

Sources are telling TMZ that the plea bargain in Lindsay Lohan's lying-to-the-cops case stalled out so many times because she was adamant that she be allowed to continue taking Adderall in rehab.
The sources say Lohan has taken Adderall on a daily basis for years, reportedly for her Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, though they say it has been misused for various other purposes. The actress reportedly thinks she cannot function without it.
Allegedly, lawyer Mark Heller assured Lohan he could find her a lockdown rehab facility that would accommodate her taking Adderall.
Lohan eventually agreed to 90 days in rehab and 30 days of community service, which will keep the actress out of jail. However, she has yet to report to rehab -- is it because they can't find a suitable one that will let her take Adderall?
Meanwhile, Lohan has been quite the busy bee lately -- jetting off to nightclubs in Brazil,...
