What’s Good: The voice cast, including Matt Bomer, Ashleigh Lathrop, and Christopher North, delivers performances on par with previous entries in the franchise. Bomer’s earnest portrayal of The Flash echoes the character’s Silver Age origins, while Lathrop and North contribute essential enthusiasm and finesse to their respective roles. Despite the film’s shortcomings, the voice actors bring their characters to life with notable performances.
What’s Bad: The film’s emotional core, the love tale between Barry Allen and Iris West, needs more depth, leaving the audience detached. The film struggles with internal contradictions, attempting to...

Jordan Roberts’ Frankie Go Boom is, above all, a good time. There’s many ways a comedy like this can fail, most run out of steam after promising first act, but this one keeps reinventing itself, throwing another wrench in gears. And the crowd I saw it with seemed to agree most of what’s thrown up lands with big laughs.
Frank (Charlie Hunnam) has been humiliated his entire life by his older brother Bruce (Chris O’Dowd), an aspiring filmmaker, and Frank’s embarrassments from the age onward to his wedding has been lensed by Bruce. Both men have ticks and shortcomings, Frank is a recently divorced writer working from a camper in Death Valley and he’s called back to the suburbs by his parents for Frank’s home coming from rehab. They criticize Frank’s life decisions while giving Bruce a free pass for his past indiscretions.

British pop stars Take That have fought off competition from The Beatles and Michael Jackson to be named the best-selling music act ever on website Amazon.co.uk. The group's latest record, "Progress", has dominated Britain's album chart since it was released last month and has gone on to sell more than 1.8 million copies.
Combined with sales of previous discs, Take That have topped the online retailer's music rundown to find the best seller since the site launched in 1998. The Beatles came second on the list, while Michael Jackson was third.
Christopher North, Amazon's vice president of media, says, "(It) is testament to the continued and growing popularity of Take That." The band's latest offering marked their first record with Robbie Williams since he left the line-up in 1995.
