Diego Osorio is a Venezuelan-American Voiceover Artist/Filmmaker with a career spanning more than two decades. He has become one of the most prolific voiceover talents in the US Hispanic Market. He started in Miami in 2001 as On-Air Promotion voice over talent for Discovery Networks, MTV and Univision. He has also been the voice for Warner Television, HGTV and FOX Deportes.
In Miami, Diego landed in the Spanish dubbing industry, recording television series, including animation, narrative films, and documentaries, with titles like "Inglourious Basterds", "Modern Family", "The L Word", "South Park", "Thomas The Engine Tank & Friends", "Fairly Odd Parents", to name a few.
In 2012 he moved to LA where he has recorded "The Comeback Trail", "Robin Hood", "The Mist", "Cops", "Jane The Virgin", Disney's "Once", Paramount Network's "Yellowstone", "1883", "1923", "Tuca & Bertie", "Echo 3" and more. At present, he works as a dubbing actor for CBS, Paramount + MTV , Disney +, Netflix & Amazon on a regular basis. Diego's voice characterization resume lands him to Walt Disney Studios with "Mickey Mouse Shorts", Warner Bros Studios-New Line Cinema's horror films "The Nun" and "Curse of La Llorona", and Universal Pictures "Fast X". He also voices the character of Fernandez in the Metacube animation feature "The Big Wish", and additional voices in "Hotel Transylvania: Transformania" from Sony Pictures Animation.
In 2004 he began his advertising career. He's been the voice of brands like MLB, Buick, Applebee's, Ritz, US Army, Corona, Expedia, to name a few. He has recorded hundreds of Radio & Television commercials as well as PSAs, corporate videos and movie trailers.
In 2017 Diego wins a Voice Arts Award accredited by SOVAS (Society of Voice Arts & Sciences) for Outstanding TV Promo with FOX Deportes - NASCAR "We don't play" and nominated for Best Movie Trailer with "How to be a Latin Lover". In 2019 he is nominated for Best Movie Trailer with "Curse of La Llorona" and Best TV Animation Ensemble in Spanish with "Tuca & Bertie". In 2021 he is nominated for Outstanding International Body of Work.
Diego is represented by CESD Talent Agency in Los Angeles and he's been a SAG-AFTRA member for 18 years. He's also a Latin Grammy and Emmy Television Academy member. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
