- On the set of Rocky Balboa, Burt Young spent the day on set with a foam cup full of bourbon. He passed the cup to Anthony throughout the shoot in Vegas, took a few small sips to be polite.
- There was an entire removed sequence in Rocky Balboa where Mason Dixon broke his hand punching Rocky in the head. Lou DiBella and his Confidante portrayed by Anthony had a heated reaction and a verbal exchange. This scene never made it to the deleted scenes portion of the DVD.
