MOSCOW -- Vladimir Gusinsky, who owned Russia's largest independent media empire, Media-Most, until a dispute with the authorities forced him into exile in 2001, and Konstantin Kagalovsky, a former associate of jailed oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky, have launched TBi, a cable TV channel in Ukraine.
The channel is included in the standard package of Ukraine's largest cable operator, Volya, and is a general-interest channel with a target audience of 30- to 50-year-olds.
