Communications Graduated from the Universidad de Lima in 2004, he's
specialized in video and movie making. He has taken part in several
productions of short films, in which he has realized many functions,
such as cameraman, production assistant, sound and art direction, being
the last one, one of his specialties.
His first work as director and producer was "Pigmalion" (2005), an update of the Ovidio's classic, was exhibited at the 10th Lima's Latin American Movies Festival and is part of the sample "Cortos a la carta" of the Zemos 98 festival.
His second short film was "La Segunda Llamada" (The Second Call - 2006) a drama - romantic story. This one was sponsored by the Universidad de Lima. Was selected to compete at the 3rd Cusco International Short Film Festival and was exhibited at the 1st Rivera Maya Undeground Film Festival.
Both projects are characterized for working with very low budgets and minimal staff, simultaneously of having an organized schedules and programs that allow him and his crew to develop the shooting of a rapid and effective way and with almost no delays.
In June of 2007, his thesis "The Second Call; The Guerrillas Production" gave him a Magna Cum Laude Bachelor's Degree in Comunications. Based upon his second short movie, this project explores the low budget movie productions and shows it as a combat situation, using different kinds of technics that are mostly inspired in military strategies
At the present time he is working on some movie projects whereas he teaches video production.
