Mark Costa, producer and senior production executive, has more than 20 years of experience in television, film and digital media. With a strong affinity for storytelling, Costa relocated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment after graduating from Old Dominion University with degrees in Communication and Political Science. Since then, he has produced hundreds of hours of critically acclaimed content. His television credits include the comedy series "Dream Corp, LLC", "Mr. Neighbor's House", "Joe Pera Talks With You", "Black Jesus", "Children's Hospital", "Tropical Cop Tales" and "Tim & Eric's Bedtime Stories"". Both "Dream Corp, LLC" and "Mr. Neighbor's House" made the New York Times best shows of 2016. In addition to comedies, Costa has produced documentary and dramatic series including "Confrontation" for A&E Network, "High School Confidential" for WE, "Marvel's Blade: The Series" for Spike Television and "Level Up" and "Tower Prep" for Cartoon Network. He has produced pilots and series for linear and non-linear platforms including NBC, CBS, TNT, MTV, Comedy Central, USA, Lifetime, ABC Digital and the Oscars. On the feature side, Costa executive produced "What If" for CBS Films, a romantic comedy starring Daniel Radcliffe and Zoe Kazan and an Official Selection at the Toronto Film Festival. Costa was also an executive producer on the indie feature "Dear Sidewalk" starring Joe Mazzello and Michelle Forbes, and a producer on "The Donner Party" for First Look Pictures, a period tale of the true events surrounding the 1846 Donner tragedy starring Crispin Glover. Most recently lending producing duties to "The Suplex Duplex Complex" an Official Selection and Winner at SXSW Festival 2017 along with the "The Pound Hole" an Official Selection at the Sundance Film Festival in 2016. Costa is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Hollywood Radio and Television Society and Producers Guild of America. Costa has scouted, budgeted and produced content both domestically and abroad, including Canada, Mexico, Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa, New Zealand and China.
