Compared to broadcast network television shows, Syfy's offerings don't draw large audiences. There is often a fine line between the ratings of cancelled and renewed Syfy TV series. Now the cable network is introducing its new Happy! TV show. Since it is based on the popular Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson graphic novel and has a relative big name in Christopher Meloni for its lead, can it attract sufficient viewers to be successful? Will Happy! be cancelled or renewed for season two? Stay tuned. A comedic Syfy crime drama with a whimsical touch of fantasy, Happy! stars Meloni with Patton Oswalt (voice), Lili Mirojnick, Joseph Reitman, Medina Senghore, Ritchie Coster, and Patrick Fischler. The first season cast also includes Debi Mazar, Bryce Lorenzo, Ren Colley, Alexander Jameson, Benjamin Snyder, Catherine LeFrere, and Michael Maize. Happy! centers on a former cop, Nick Sax (Meloni).
