Filippos was born in Athens-Greece and has an MBA from the Economic University of Athens. He moved to Los Angeles to obtain his second Masters Degree at AFI. His five years of professional managerial experience include all media aspects: Film Production, Advertising, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Print Media. His professional goal is to create intelligent, visual film concepts that offer an alternative point of view to mainstream audiences. This year he received the Diversity Award Scholarship from Multicultural Motion Picture Association. Filippos has produced four short films including A Perfect Day For Bananafish and Keeper of the Past (2005). He also has several credits at the Art Department and has gained recognition from his scripts. He is the owner of filippos.com. For the past 14 months he's been working in Development for Ithaka Entertainment - first look producing deal with Lions Gate Films.
