Early-aughts teen queen Lindsay Lohan is having a comeback moment, and her latest Netflix romance is here. The “Mean Girls” and “Freaky Friday” star previously teamed with the streamer on the hit holiday romance “Falling for Christmas.” Now, she’s back — along with director Janeen Damian — for the spring fling, “Irish Wish.”
Lohan stars as book editor Maddie who’s head over heels for the author she works with, Paul (Alexander Vlahos), until he falls in love with her best friend (Elizabeth Tan). Putting her feelings aside, Maddie travels to Ireland for their wedding, where sparks fly with a charismatic photographer (Ed Speleers) until an accidental wish turns her life upside down. She wakes up engaged to Paul and racing toward a walk down the aisle she’s not sure she wants anymore.
Like any good wedding playlist should be, the “Irish Wish” soundtrack is a mix of love songs and danceable,...

It takes three to tango on “Dancing with the Stars” — and to cha-cha, paso doble, salsa, Argentine tango and Charleston. Week 4 is Trio Week, but with a twist this time. While pros and troupe members have joined couples in the past, the show is bringing in former contestants, “Dancing with the Stars: Juniors” contestant Maddie Ziegler (as previously announced), and two people who have absolutely nothing to do with the show whatsoever.
Scarlett Byrne, who played Pansy Parkinson in the “Harry Potter” films, will team with her former co-star Evanna Lynch and Keo Motsepe for their salsa, while “Bachelor in Paradise” star Jordan Kimball will hit the hardwood with Grocery Store Joe and Jenna Johnson for their salsa. Stay thirsty, ABC.
Former champs Melissa Rycroft and Rashad Jennings, and alums Nastia Liukin, Linsdsey Stirling, Riker Lynch, Joey Fatone and Amy Purdy are the past contestants who’ll take another step on the dance floor.

Those of us who took in Avengers: Infinity War as it should be, on the biggest screen possible Aka IMAX, know the importance of picture quality and aspect ratios.
Thankfully, in a new petition on Change.org, self-proclaimed “videophiles” are pushing for Marvel Studios/The Walt Disney Company to include the full aspect ratio of IMAX sequences in the third Avengers installment upon its home video release. The petition asks for a “full IMAX” option to be implemented on more formats since as it stands, home releases of Marvel Studios movies are being cropped to 2.39:1 on all formats except for Blu-ray 3D, which is the only variant to include the 1.90:1 aspect ratio for IMAX sequences.
Additionally, apparently “Disney no longer distributes 3D Blu-rays in the United States,” meaning if you wanted “to get the films at home with IMAX sequences in full frame,” you’d have to import from overseas.

It's finale night, dance fans. Who are going to be the winners of "So You Think You Can Dance" Season 10? We'll get to that, as we'll be live-blogging the whole almost-2-hour event as it unfolds. Almost 2-hours you say? Yes, there will be a bit of a break while the President addresses the nation. But we'll be here when it returns.
7:57 pm: Refresh often. We'll be updating as we watch. Do you need a recap of last week's routines? Here you go. We will also be embedding available videos as we have them.
8:00 pm: They waste no time by jumping in and introducing the full Top 20, and the judges - Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, Adam Shankman, Paula Abdul, Nigel Lythgoe and Mary Murphy. Cat Deeley and Nigel remind us that there's no judging tonight - this is just a celebration of the dancers. The results are in. We...

While Nigel Lythgoe announces that this year's competition on So You Think You Can Dance--now reduced to just one night a week--will have two winners (one male, one female), he mysteriously left out how those winners will be chosen. I'm excited for the season to kick off, but I'm a bit apprehensive when it comes to the new voting system. I just can't help but feel like the ninth season--which could be the last if ratings don't hold--might screw its loyal fans over.
We get through our first bunch of dancers, which will obviously be a contemporary bunch because Duh. Alexa, who has struggled through this year's auditions, finally makes it in after getting cut at the last minute in season 8, and she's absolutely ecstatic about it. I'm intrigued to see if she can withstand the pressures of the Top 20, but she is an early favorite. She joins Amber...

Citizens/potential buyers/renters beware! Do not be fooled by the slickly Photoshopped DVD cover of this nauseating film. Super Capers, brainchild of director/writer Ray Griggs, is an underfunded, overcooked, lame-brained super hero parody that doesn’t manage one genuine laugh. Much like the smug mug of Justin Whalin (he of Dungeons & Dragons film fame), the film is content to prance around mindlessly until you pray for a way out, a rushed ending, anything to put a stop to the unimaginative low-budget horror.
Possibly the only genuinely enjoyable section of the film is its animated intro. Studios take notice - Tom Richmond is a talented illustrator who should be doing better work than this (yes, I had to look him up). The score, by Nathan Lanier, is also quite good, and you’ll be tuning into it a lot when you are unable to stomach the action onscreen. Make...
