- Ruled in 1999 that Kevin Koellisch, who sued Harle Tinney and her husband for full ownership of Belcourt Castle (Newport, R.I.), had unduly influenced Tinney's late mother-in-law, Ruth, who formally adopted him in 1990, to try to gain control of Belcourt and her other property, and ordered him to move out of Belcourt.
