Ontavia Roulette was Born and Raised in Cleveland, Ohio where she attended Cleveland School of the Art studying Opera And Vocal Jazz from 13-18 under Dr. William B. Woods, while simultaneously studying Opera at Cleveland Institute of Music under professor Hazel Zainer from the age 16-18. Upon graduating Ontavia attended Kentucky State University where she continued her studies in Opera Theater under Met Opera Singer & Professor Andrew W. Smith. Ontavia concluded her Opera career with Opera Singers Initiative with a her final performance of Tulsca in Sacramento California, and Cinderella In San Fransisco, California in 2016.
Ontavia then launched her fashion house in California Summer of 2015. She has since Debuted 4 independent New York Fashion Week Runway Shows to date. Ontavia Roulette has also dressed Clients for Charity Events, Magazine Editorials, Pageants, High Profile Weddings, the Grammy Awards, and streaming series including Netflix "Partner Track", AppleTV+ "The Crowded Room", Joketown's "Mornin' Sunshine", and Season 3 of HBOMAX "The other Two"
