Filmmaker Carlene Cordova began her directing career by putting on
puppet shows for the neighborhood kids at an early age. By age sixteen,
she was writing, directing and producing a magazine-style show for her
local cable access station. She graduated with honors from Ohio
University.
She was a Senior Producer for Sony's Pictures Screenblast.com and led
behind-the-scenes marketing efforts for groundbreaking original shows
such as Sweet J. Presents (familiar now as Cartoon Network 's smash hit
Robot Chicken). She also produced three Oscar parties for Peter
Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy for the TheOneRing.net.
She is the co-Writer, Producer and Director of the award-winning indie
feature documentary Ringers: Lord of the Fans (2005). Ringers is
distributed worldwide by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and is
narrated by Dominic Monaghan. Carlene is a principal in Stormcrow
Entertainment where she is currently developing narrative feature films
and television shows. Carlene currently lives in Los Angeles,
California.
