Let’s just say that D.C. and Warner Bros., or at least director David Ayer, have a very different way of handling their marketing than most tentpole movies. While everything is super controlled and secretive on, say, the J.J. Abrams and LucasFilm side of things, Ayer has seemingly tried to get ahead of early leaks and set photos for "Suicide Squad." Last week, he posted the first look of Jared Leto’s Crazy Town-esque Joker look, and now the director's hit Twitter again to reveal the entire cast of the Task Force X Suicide Squad team in full costume. Read More: Margot Robbie Says 'Suicide Sqauad' Is More 'The Dark Knight' Than 'Avengers' Yes, the Joker is missing, and that’s because he’s probably not a member of the team but just in the same jail many of these antagonists — "Suicide Squad" is about super villains getting...

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has set a new bar for reality TV fights. Cast members Lisa Rinna and Kim Richards—with some Eileen Davidson mixed in—went at it while at a dinner in Amsterdam, with Lisa R. throwing a glass and lunging for Kim's neck after Kim made veiled threats to reveal the truth about Lisa R.'s home life. To quote Eileen, it wasn't Amsterdam, it was Crazy Town. It all happened when Yolanda Foster suggested the ladies connect on a deeper level and reveal some real truths about themselves. She started about Bella's DUI and the feelings she had. Lisa R. discussed her sister's overdose and turned to Kim to apologize if she ever interfered too much in her business...

For Halloween, we celebrate The Simpsons' best Treehouse Of Horror stories, feat. zombies, Hitchcock and Kubrick spoofs and more...
“Nothing seems to bother my kids but tonight's show, which I totally wash my hands of, is really scary.”
For anyone who grew up watching The Simpsons, the Treehouse Of Horror Halloween specials are an annual horror staple, from spooky couch gag to horror-themed credits. You can learn an awful lot of things just from watching the show, but for younger audiences, these episodes gave us our introduction to certain iconic horror stories.
Having ditched the early framing device of the family telling scary stories to one another, with Springfielders cast in key roles, the format is now closer to a mini-anthology of terror with three stories that take place outside of canon. This has usually given the writers licence to be more gruesome and outlandish than in the regular series,...

Karma is a soapy, fun and, in places, delicious episode of True Blood. Here's Emma's review...
This review contains spoilers.
7.6 Karma
As the consequences of the H-Vamp attack continue to ripple around Bon Temps, this week’s episode dealt mostly with what happens when you genetically engineer a virus aimed at killing super-strong, super-powerful beings and then run away to Los Angeles, leaving the world to suffer. Calling it Karma is all very well, but there is that pesky insinuation that you deserve your fate – with what Karma had in store for us, perhaps it would have been better titled Oh, the Irony. Yes, not only is Sookie on her way to killing Bill, but her special blood has at least one more surprise in store for Vampire-kind. And as if that wasn’t irony enough for you, go and see Sarah Newlin. She’s full of it...

It’s the time of changes, and now we get to know what we’re gearing up for. Late Night with Seth Meyers has spilled the beans on who we’re going to get for the premiere week.
Fallon’s move is something that probably doesn’t have anyone wondering, but Seth Meyers has to prove himself. He’s certainly got the guests to make things happen, and it will be interesting to see how he puts his own spins on the show.
Is this one that has you locked in already, or are you nervous about how it will go?
Check out the guests below, and let me know your thoughts. To be honest, I’m looking forward to a more rounded, overall late night experience. I have to admit, I haven’t been able to watch Leno in years.

Everyone’s favorite Canadian party boy is getting his own movie. Yes, Never Say Never and Believe and that grainy footage of a Miami DUI arrest already exist. But you’re thinking of the wrong Canuck. Rob Ford, the red-faced, embattled Mayor of Toronto is getting his story adapted to the big screen — as if we’re not seeing it unfold right in front of us every day in sports jersey-ed, crack smoking slow motion. Ford, whose greatest hits include falling over in the street more than once and telling a crowd of reporters on live TV (again, in public, on TV, this cannot be stressed enough) that he didn’t sexually harass an employee because he fully enjoys giving his wife cunnilingus at home, is no stranger to a little publicity. But after a Toronto Star journalist’s book about all the data she’s accumulated covering the man, his...

Rob Ford is having another YouTube moment… but this time, he’s actually hoping it goes viral. The embattled Toronto mayor, who was videotaped smoking crack and has since been in a highly-publicized and highly-ridiculed downward spiral, took Ford Nation to YouTube with his brother Doug, a city councillor, to help resurrect his chances for the upcoming October election. “Please judge me on my record, not my personal life,” the mayor says, in one of a series of clips that posted online in the last week.

Blue Ice announced it would work with Doolitte, the Toronto Star reporter who has worked the Rob Ford beat in the last two years, to adapt her book for the film or TV screen. Next week's Nashville "mid-season" finale "showdown shocker" promises to be "explosive." So explosive, in fact, "someone will die!" Really. As the credits rolled on last night's action-bereft episode, viewers were unambiguously promised that a fatality is on the immediate horizon. Desperation is the world's worst perfume, Nashville.
22 'Nashville' Songs That Made the Show
Let's face facts: Nashville could kill off half its characters and we wouldn't miss 'em; the show would be better unencumbered by snooze-drama like Rayna's doomed label deal or pathological-liar Peggy's succubus schemes — seriously, what function does...

Last week's episode of Nashville was pretty bonkers, what with Deacon and Avery's buddy comedy adventure and Olivia Wentworth's failed attempt to seduce Juliette shooting out of left field. Because Nashville, for all its soapy tropes, struggles to find solid ground as a legitimately compelling drama, it's moments like Will kicking the Texas-sized shit out of some homophobe Neanderthals and Juliette's razor-sharp one-liners that make the show a fun ride. But last night's Eric Stoltz-directed episode – "Hanky Panky Woman" – was the opposite: Painfully predictable.

Usually weddings are the stuff of sweeps weeks and seasons finales. Not on last night's Nashville, where Teddy taking Peggy's hand in marriage was about as sentimental as Trace Adkins' hick-hop hit "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," probably because Teddy is a terrible mealy-mouthed bore and Peggy is an unsympathetic kook.
Not even Teddy seems excited about his nuptials. Making this even more of a headache for Nashville's fine mayor, he has to twist his own "daughter's" arm into providing musical entertainment at the reception (because it's hard to find musicians...

Everyone knows the name Nicolas Cage, right?
It's one of those household few — like Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman and Sandra Bullock, for example — who even your 94-year-old great-grandma would recognize and has probably even seen in a movie or two. Better yet, chances are she could even spout off some errant knowledge about his off-camera life to boot, since some of the dude's private woes have become very public information.
But to hear Nicolas Cage talk, people, we've just got the guy all wrong, and he's ready to "Face/Off" with all the rumors once and for all.
Cage has now detailed the many, many public misgivings about him in a new interview with The Guardian, and as it turns out, we know nothing. Nothing. Brace for imminent mind-blowage as we break down the five biggest things we've gotten wrong about Nic Cage ... according to Nic Cage.

Before Midnight offers a long-awaited update on the lives of Céline and Jesse, the couple who met on a train to Vienna in the 90s, then came together again in Paris the 2000s after Jesse wrote a book about their brief encounter. The second film, Before Sunset, ended ambiguously, with the possibility that Jesse might abandon his family in the Us and stay in Paris with Céline, a woman he’d never been able to forget since that one night nearly ten years before. Before Midnight confirms that Jesse did take that gigantic step, and presents the consequences.
The first two films in the Before saga developed a cult following for their witty and flirtatious repartee. The films were unabashedly talky, but the dialogue was so well written that the audience didn’t lose interest for a moment. The Parisian Céline came across as marginally superior to Jesse who, for all his literary aspirations,...

This year, the fall television schedule is a decidedly crazy beast. I know, that doesn’t seem like the sort of thing that separates any year from any other, but television is in the midst of dizzying spins of theory, and comparisons to previous years show some serious changes.
Most striking is probably the extent to which the big networks are content to leave each other alone. Also noticeable is the unspoken admission that perhaps DVRs exist, and the schedule doesn’t really need to worry quite as much about who is watching what at the exact moment it airs. We’re still pretending to a degree, but there are hints.
At the moment, you’ve only got a quick look, but we will be constantly updating this page as any changes occur, and as the new shows are available for review (sure, we’ve seen them, but we aren’t supposed to “review” them…...

Ever since Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke were spotted in Greece, fans of Richard Linklater’s Before Sunrise could breath easier knowing that Jesse and Celine’s reunion didn’t end in a Paris flat at the end of the Before Sunset. Now fans who didn’t make it to SXSW or Sundance, where Before Midnight premiered in January, can finally see the couple together again.
This chapter is not about young love or love-lost. The chase is over. Nine years after Paris, they’re together, with the kids, on vacation, in Greece. This is where romance gets real — and really difficult.

On Monday, March 18th, A&E is taking you back to where it all began with Bates Motel. I have to tell you, because I can’t get this idea to stop flashing in my mind, this is not at all what I would have predicted for either Vera Farmiga or Freddie Highmore. I’m a fan of both them, and looking through a list that includes – Up in the Air, Higher Ground, Source Code, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The Spiderwick Chronicles, and The Art of Getting By – does not lend itself to the idea that the natural progression of your CV is going to include a supremely raw and gritty psychopath story.
As you can imagine (and certainly one of the key tune-in draws), since you know where we are ending up, the teen years are probably going to be pretty rough for Norman Bates. Not only...

I think we can all agree that this week’s installment of guts and glorious drama exceeded last week’s hit or miss episode with gusto. And I’m not just saying that because I didn’t get to review last week’s episode (I was sick). So instead of dissecting why Andrea dropped the ball on her “vagenda,” I was wonderfully blown away by the surprise returning character that, let’s face it, we all thought we’d never hear from again. There were a ton of great things about this episode, the shining star clearly being the return of season one favorite Morgan (Lennie James). But it was also a moment of clarity for Rick, who’s just gotten off the train from Crazy Town and back into Wake-Up-Ville. Morgan is sort of an omen of where Rick could have ended up mentally if he didn’t have...

When you think of Stephen King’s Carrie, you probably don’t think of a sweet, happy girl with an innocent smile on her face. The image that comes to mind is probably something closer to this.
As far as originality goes, it would be easy to give this new image from Carrie an ‘F’ because we saw a remarkably similar photo earlier, but it’s the expression on Chloe Grace Moretz’s face that makes this new image stand out. In that earlier photo, poor Carrie is clearly traumatized, with the shock and horror of the situation evident on her face.
That look of disbelief is gone in the new image, replaced by an emotionless expression that suggests Carrie White has taken a trip to Crazy Town and that it’s going to be bad news for anyone foolish enough or unlucky enough to get in her path.

Rick (Andrew Lincoln) is still rambling around Crazy Town, following the ghost of Lori off beyond the fence (not safe) and the Governor (David Morrissey) is ready to repay the old adage “an eye for an eye” with gusto. And the Dixon brothers have a few things they need to work out. Cue up the angst! I think it’s safe to say Rick’s cheese has slid off his cracker. And it’s not like he doesn’t have moments of lucidity. He did come back to himself long enough to kick some walker ass when the Governor showed up at the prison. But as he told Hershel (Scott Wilson) he’s got “things and stuff” to do beyond the fence line. Yeah, okay Rick. Keep that “to do” list short and simple. Despite Rick’s heartbreaking moments chasing Lori’s ghost all over the prison yard, there were some moments of levity.

After last week’s brain-splatteringly awesome premiere, it’s time to get down to the business of setting up a home in the holed-out prison. But our group has hit a few snags, of course. For every win, there is a loss, as though Fate or God or whatever has to balance the scales. And just when they think they have found a relatively safe place, they realize they aren’t alone. When last we left, Hershel (Scott Wilson) had stepped over the wrong body. Now, we know he was distracted by looking for his daughter Maggie (Lauren Cohan), but it should be Walker 101 not to ever step near a body that hasn’t had a head shot. Rick (Andrew Lincoln) thinks fast and lops off the leg in hopes of cutting out the infection, but then there are a few new faces to worry about. Five convicts locked in a cafeteria for over 10 months.

The Vicious Brothers’ original Grave Encounters is a perfect depiction of passable found footage horror conjured from a solid idea and decent execution. Not great or game changing, but decent. John Poliquin’s sequel on the other hand, Grave Encounters 2, is a far different beast.
Still written by The Vicious Brothers, their genre-mashing return to Collingwood mixes the idea of self-aware horror with inner meta workings (a la The Human Centipede II: Full Sequence) and found footage delivery, culminating in a roller coaster ride of bizarre highs and lows, each act feeling like a different film.
Sure, it’s something to marvel at, hitting so many themes in one simple film, but at the same time, the final product feels like a messy and convoluted heap of footage bound together by a few stand out moments that show promise for our horror loving “brothers.” Sadly, they just aren’t...

Previously on Pretty Little Liars, Emily continued to be all pouty about her no good very horrible life. And let's be honest, Emily's life isn't really all that bad despite the fact that someone wants to slice up her boobs, but this is Rosewood, and you're either pouting or about to die. That's life. Deal. Finale time!
So Hanna's already in tears within three seconds of the show beginning and at first I think it's because she lost her favorite heel, but as it turns out, someone's dead. And Emily knows who, but instead of answering questions, she just pouts. The usual.
Garrett's about to go on trial for killing Maya, which we already know he didn't do but Spencer Warrior Bitch-cess (that's her superhero name this week) seems to have no problem watching him go down when they've got bigger fish to fry, like how to kill Paige. Hanna's like,...

While we count the minutes until "True Blood's" explosive Season 5 finale, the clock could be ticking for the very lives of some of our favorite characters.
In the newest clip for "Save Yourself," Bill (Stephen Moyer) isn't pleased with his breakfast: Sam Merlotte (Sam Trammell), whom the Authority guards have taken up on his offer to be their cuckoo leader's morning Cocoa Puffs.
Sam explains he's just there to rescue Emma, but you can't reason with the Mayor of Crazy Town. And although Bill doesn't have a taste for shape-shifters, he bares his fangs at Sam anyway. Ruh-roh.
Things aren't looking good for Pam, Luna or Jessica in the Authority dungeons either -- but will Eric, Nora, Sookie and Tara come to their rescue?
Yes, Sookie (Anna Paquin) has escaped Russell Edgington's attack and replaced her frightening fairy finery with the badass uniform of the other vamps. And from...

After having my heart ripped out at the end of last week's episode, it seems only fitting this this week's installment of The Walking Dead should make my brain explode. So many implications, so little time to sort them all out. It also makes me take a good, hard look at the title of this entire show and wonder... are they all a little bit dead already? As expected, Dale's (Jeffrey DeMunn) death has hit everyone hard. Especially young Carl (Chandler Riggs). It's time for him to put aside childish things, for he's never going to have the normal childhood Rick (Andrew Lincoln) wants for him, and start thinking about what it takes to survive this world. I don't think we'll ever see a lighter side to Carl again after the events of Dale's death, or the events to come in this episode, so it will be interesting to see...

It may have seemed like Ellstin Limehouse was too busy cutting up pigs to know what was going on in Kentucky recently, and it definitely seemed like his right hand man Errol had decided to rise up against the boss last week, but "Coalition" proved that it was all part of the good butcher's master plan.
Given how many temporary alliances came together and fell apart over the course of the hour, this episode of Justified should have been titled the plural, "Coalitions."
Dickie and Errol were seemingly teamed up, who then joined with Boyd to rob the bank. Boyd, meanwhile, was also aligned with Wynn Duffy to take out Quarles. Duffy was already siding with Quarles and Theo Tonin, and Quarles also made a deal with Limehouse.

VH1 "Celebrity Rehab" star and former Crazy Town singer Shifty Shellshock is reportedly in a coma in a Los Angeles hospital after his admission last week to the intensive care unit.
TMZ reported that Shellshock (born Seth Binzer), 37, entered the ICU last Thursday and is currently in an unresponsive state. At press time there was no information on what sent him to the hospital, but unnamed sources close to the singer speculated that it was drug-related.
The troubled singer was slated to appear in court his week for a pre-trial hearing stemming from a cocaine-related arrest in February. Last March he was arrested after police responded to a domestic violence call and officers realized he had outstanding warrants for an unrelated case.

The Walking Dead: Top Ten Scenes from Season 2
Written by: Dana Fredsti
As a long time zombie aficionado and fan of The Walking Dead comics back when the first one was published, you can bet I’ve seen every episode of The Walking Dead on AMC. And, like all fans, I definitely have my favorite moments, although not always for obvious reasons. Here, in no particular order, is my top ten list of favorite scenes from season two:
Zombie Herd in Episode One
While not exactly the action packed season opener fans hoped for, episode one had some cool moments, including the first appearance of a zombie “herd” on the move. There was genuine tension when our heroes hid under cars (and bodies) to avoid detection, and we got to see Daryl overcome his racist upbringing and rescue T-Dog (who actually had a few lines!). We also saw the...

But we have to build up to the full-bore craziness that breaks out at Brandi's ill-conceived beach party ("I thought I'd get all the girls together! In a small space! With lots of alcohol! This is somewhat uncharted territory for "The X Factor," since American viewers have no idea what a Thursday hour-long elimination show is going to look like on Fox's new hit talent show. Our hunch? It'll look a lot like an hour-long "American Idol" results show. But let's find out for sure... 7:59 p.m. Et For what it's worth, I used a picture of Rachel Crow with this recap because I'm 99 percent sure she isn't going home tonight and I won't be spoiling anything.
