- Willow Grey was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and lived predominantly in New York, New York, and Portland, Oregon most of her life. She is an only child to a single mom and is of French and Swedish descent. Moving repeatedly throughout her childhood, Willow developed a love for reading that helped her overcome social anxiety. She lived story to story, religiously consuming any narrative driven by strong female heroines. By imagining herself in their shoes, she reevaluated her own approach to life. Around the age of 14, she decided to no longer live passively through stories and would adopt that strength herself through acting.
Throughout high school, Willow worked hours each day to fund going to college with the goal of getting herself to Los Angeles, California after graduation. She would take acting classes until 11 pm each day and extensively train in boxing for hours each morning, which transformed her into the physically and mentally strong woman she fantasized about becoming when she was younger.
Willow worked as a freelance videographer and production assistant during her teen years. She graduated at the top of her class academically at Lincoln High School in Portland, Oregon. She received a full scholarship to the University of Southern California, where she is currently finishing an undergraduate degree in neuroscience and cinematic arts. Willow has also worked on numerous print modeling jobs, film projects and recently wrapped a lead role in the feature film Girls on Film (2023).
Going forward, Willow's focus is on portraying dynamic female characters. She wants to show other girls that they too can choose their own narrative, rather than having it dictated by anyone or past hardship.- IMDb Mini Biography By: anonymous
