Levilou D. Corpuz was born in Barangay Pinya Labo, Camarines Norte, Philippines. He Graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology from STI College Cubao, Quezon City Philippines.
At the age of 17 he was chosen to be a director in their campus TV production and also directed multiple short films in his school.
He is a full time videographer, photographer and the owner of InMotion Studio Photo & Video Production Firm base in Quezon City. He also attended several workshops like "Think like a Film Director", "Just Give It Your Best Shot" and "Wide Shot: Learning Event for Film and Video Creators" Speakers Jason Magbanua, Atom Araullo and Dan Villegas. He also attended Cinemalaya 2018 "Kuha Mo" Cinematographer Forum at Cultural Center of The Philippines Roxas Boulevard Pasay City Philippines.
Year 2018 Levilou became a Film Evaluator at Cinemorayta Film Festival at Far Eastern University Manila Philippines. He is the Cinematographer of the full length film "Ang Huling Yugto ni Juan" Directed by Mark Bago and the short feature film "Puchang Pag-ibig to" Directed by Raph Decena that won People Choice award, Best Theme Song and Best Musical Score at the 2017 4th Inding-Indie Film Festival in Quezon City.
Levilou directed his first short film "Ang Bahagharing Uhaw sa Ulan". November 27, 2020 when the film was selected in the 2020 Gawad Sining Short Film Festival which was nominated Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Production Design and Best Screenplay and won the 2020 Gawad Sining Short Film Festival Most Promising Director, Most Promising Screenplay and Best Supporting Actor.
On August 28, 2021 it was selected in the 2021 Human-Environment Care Film Festival (HECFF) held in Ontario Canada. And also September 21, 2021 it was nominated in the 44th Gawad Urian as Best Short Film. Gawad Urian is a prestigious annual film awards in the Philippines held since 1977. It is given by the Manunuri ng Pelikulang Pilipino (MPP, "the Filipino Film Critics") and it is the counterpart of the United States New York Film Critics Circle.
