Miami, Sep 25 (Ians/Efe) Puerto Rican actress Joemy Blanco plays a detective in the series "Las Detectivas y el Victor" (The Lady Detectives and Victor), inspired by "Charlie's Angels" and which will air on a new Spanish-language channel.
"The chance to play this part is fabulous, because I'll be a Latino version of one of Charlie's angels," she told Efe, referring to the 1976-81 series in which three sexy detectives solved cases as funny as they were mysterious.
Joemy plays the part of Camila Umana, a rich, elegant psychologist who, after being the victim of a fraud, decides to join a detective agency to work alongside her best friend, a Colombian designer named Chabela, played by Paola Rey.
"My character is fascinating.
