Troy J. Hines is a talented screenwriter and actor based in Miami, FL. Hines' love of theatre began in his Washington, D.C. area High School of Bethesda-Chevy Chase, which is known for its illustrious alumni, including Daniel Stern, Tommy Davidson, & the Executive Producer of $chitt's Creek Benjamin Feigin.
Hines was offered a scholarship to NYU, Tische School of the Arts in 1993, after performing a monologue from James Baldwin's "Blues for Mr. Charlie", however life took him elsewhere.
Hines has performed in several television and movie roles including, "Homicide: Life on the Street", Spike Lee's "Get on the Bus", "The Glades", "The Balancing Act", and Executive Produced a Boxing Show called "H.A.N.D.S. Boxing Show" (Human Aggression Naturally Developed for Sport) in 2009.
Hines is currently the CEO of Full Metal Films, LLC, a screenwriting and filmmaking company he started in 2020.
