Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has released over 50 albums with over 100 hits in Bollywood and has been presented with numerous awards including Star Screen Awards for Best Male Playback 2010 and the Iifa award for best male vocalist 2011. He has also been a judge on top TV shows in India such a Chhote Ustad and Junoon, Kuch Kar Dikhaane Ka. He was the headline performer at the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in 2014 and recently performed at the United Nations General Assembly Hall in March 2016.

Pakistan’s most famous Qawwali singer Ustad Rahat Fateh Khan, the nephew of the late, world-renowned singer Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, will perform his greatest hits live for the first time at The O2 on Sunday 14 August 2016.

October 5, 2010: Television shows has become one of the biggest medium of promoting the Bollywood movies. The team of upcoming Bollywood movie Knock Out has also realized it and is going to make appearances at various reality shows.
Knock Out will be releasing on October 15 and the lead star Sanjay Dutt is taking is utilizing this time to promote the movie as much as possible on the small screen. The team appeared on the sets of Star Plus’ ‘Chhote Ustad’, where they launched the music of the movie. Dutt was accompanied by actress Kangna Ranaut, co-star Irrfan Khan, director Mani Shankar and producer Sohail Maklai. Sanju had a great time with the kids participating in the show. Actor Omi Vaidya, known for playing nerdy Chatur Ramalingam in '3 Idiots', has been roped in to host the second season of Star Plus' children's music reality show 'Chhote Ustaad'.To be judged by singers Sonu Niigaam and Rahet Fateh Ali Khan, the show will bring together raw talent from India and Pakistan. The participants will be in the 8-13 years age group.'Chhote Ustaad' is going on air July 24 and with his accented Hindi, Omi is expected to bring in lot of fun and humour to the show, said a press statement.The last season of 'Chhote Ustad' was aired in 2007.
