Wali Razaqi was born on January 25, 1979 in Kabul, Afghanistan. He is a producer and actor, known for Locked Down (2010), Layla (2009) and The Hammer (2010). He has been married to Emily Card Razaqi since July 2, 2000.

Grew up in Santa Cruz, California from the time he was 8 years old.
Before that his family lived in Afghanistan, India, Germany, and New
York.
Filming September Tapes (2002) was the first time he had been back to
Afghanistan since his family escaped the country (1979) when he was
only nine months old.
Has two male rottweilers - Rex & Spike
Played quarterback from the age of 9 up until his second year in
college. Quit football to make his first movie.
