Jia Aur Jia
Starring Richa Chaddha, Kalki Koechlin, Arslan Goni
Directed by Howard Rosemeyer
Why should boys have all the fun? Just the sheer pleasure of watching two of our feistiest actresses in a road movie set in Sweden is enough of a kickback to sail through what is at best a girl-bonding flick with plenty of perk and pizzazz, thanks to the crackling and hissing chemistry between the two lead actresses.
The basic premise is promising. Two very dissimilar girls share the same name and nothing else. Kalki is outgoing, loud, gregarious and bindaas. Richa is quiet, withdrawn and repressed. One wants to live every moment. The other wants her life to end the sooner the better.
Though the aggression between them is overdone, their initial bickering is well scripted and gives away some of what the characters are holding back. The striking visuals help anchor the two protagonists’ road journey.

The premiere of Dulha Mil Gaya was a bit unique one as guess who made an entry riding a horse? Well, it wasn’t Shahrukh or Fardeen Khan; it was the movie print that arrived like a bridegroom at the famous multiplex in suburbs.
Present at the premiere were the star cast including the main leads of the film, Sushmita Sen, Fardeen Khan, Ishitta Sharrma along with Tara Sharma and Mohit Chadda, Suchitra Pillai and Howard Rosemeyer.
Sushmita looked her usual best self as she shimmered on the red carpet looking gorgeous in a black ensemble. Fardeen walked the red carpet along.

In a bid to promote his latest release Fardeen Khan donned the dulha look and almost took the saat pheras with his co-star Ishitta Sharrma. The wedding premise however was not a 5 star but a popular suburban mall which ensured that not only the press but even the aam junta took part in the proceedings and cheered the duo.
The celebrations started from Lokhandwala where the baraatis, which included Johny Lever, Suchitra Pillai, Tara Sharma, Howard Rosemeyer and debutant Mohit Chadda, got on a chariot and took the groom to his bride, dancing and rejoicing to the tunes of “Dulha Mil Gaya”. The baraat.

Movie Review: Agyaat: Is film se mujhe bachao; Star cast: Introducing Nitin Reddy, Priyanka Kothari, Gautam Rode, Ishrat Ali, Howard Rosemeyer, Joy Fernandes and Ravi Kale; Director: Ram Gopal Varma; Rating: *1/2.
Irrespective of the fact that his last few films haven’t really been great experiences, one still enters a Ram Gopal Varma movie with certain expectations in mind. But Ramu nowadays it seems is hell bent on scaring even his most loyal fans away. Agyaat turns out to be one such experience wherein you go in expecting a thrill ride but come out absolutely unmoved rather.

Viveck Vaswani is unperturbed that Shah Rukh Khan's shoulder surgery would result in change of release plans for his much awaited Dulha Mil Gaya. While he is (obviously) concerned about the well being of his star-of-the-show, he is making a brisk progress on the post production of the film which has already seen 95% of the principal shoot being through. "As I talk to you, there are four different departments busy on the post production of the film", says Viveck who isn't worrying much about waiting for a few additional weeks before Shah Rukh Khan reports for the film's shoot, "Everything except for a 'qawalli' remains to be shot and I can wait for it till Shah Rukh completely gets well. Apparently, an ever-so-energetic Shah Rukh hinted upon resuming the shoot soon after the injury that worsened on the sets of Dulha Mil Gaya but Viveck didn't want any further harm to his body.
