Olsen served as the Creative Director of AdultSwim.com prior to the promotion VP, Adult Swim Games. He began his career at Turner as a senior writer/producer with Cartoon Network's On-Air department in 2000. In 2004, Olsen moved to Adult Swim, where he was a co-creator of the original series Stroker & Hoop, and in 2006 was promoted to Creative Director of Adultswim.com. In this role Olsen built a strong team that has transformed the site and driven traffic increases across all metrics, including a more than 300% increase in game plays and 600% increase in video plays. He also led the creation of Adult Swim Games, which has launched popular original titles such as 5 Minutes to Kill (Yourself), Amateur Surgeon and recent internet phenomenon, Robot Unicorn Attack.
Olsen earned a bachelor's of arts degree in economics from Middlebury College in Vermont.
