- As a screenwriter, he was an integral figure in the emergence and development of the 'Romanian New Wave'. He collaborated since 2001 with key Romanian directors like Cristi Puiu, Cristian Mungiu, Alexandru Baciu, Radu Muntean, Constantin Popescu, Tudor Giurgiu, Radu Gabrea, Andrei Ujica, Lucian Pintilie and Cãlin Peter Netzer on some of the most acclaimed Romanian New Wave films. Radulescu further collaborated as a screenwriter with German director Didi Danquart, French-German directress Sylvie Michel, Bulgarian director Dragomir Sholev and British-Iranian director Rafi Pitts on feature films.
