Lars Engstrom

Roots in the Northeast, raised in the West, and living in Brooklyn, NY. Attended ACT's Young Conservatory in San Francisco. After graduating with a Drama BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts (Circle in the Square, The Classical Studio), acted in dozens of plays in New York's Downtown theater scene in the 90s and early 2000s. While at Tisch, acted in many student shorts, and after graduating, first serious film role was as Colin in Joshua Sternfeld's graduate thesis Colin's Date, which was a selection of the prestigious Haig Magoonian screenings in Los Angeles in 1999 and was part of TSOA's Grad Film department's aesthetics curriculum.
