Steve "Stevo32" Martin Jocz is the drummer of the Canadian pop-punk
band Sum 41. He grew up under the influence of Christian and
conservative parents, but is a self-proclaimed atheist and has
left-wing political views. Although he is the youngest, he is
considered most fun member out of the band. In 1996, he and Deryck
Whibley, Sum 41's front-man, formed a band out of two rival bands 41
days into summer.
I guess they don't think it's appropriate for children, but I don't think rock shows should be for children. I guess there's a difference between our fans and Good Charlotte fans. Theirs might be younger. They may not be prepared for the real world.
I think if you're in a band it's necessary that occasionally you do things that aren't self-serving. Just take a bit of your time and do something other than trashing a hotel room.
I don't think too many things go out of style. They just start to suck, like bands.
