If bugs bug you, then you might want to stay clear of a new horror anthology film that weaves three creepy crawler tales of terror. Creeping Crawling is set to slither onto DVD/VOD in just over a month. If you suffer from entomophobia, then consider this a warning.
John Russell Cring directs Raine Brown, Anna Shields, Chuck Girard, Sarah VonOuhl, and Laura Lafrate in this trilogy of insect insanity.
Synopsis:
You live with them, you feed them, you fear them. Creeping Crawling is an anthology featuring three tales of terror centered around things that go slither in the night.
Doug and Allison have a paper due and they're hoping an eccentric entomologist will be the lynch pin to a passing grade. They get more than they bargained for when Dr. Tarkovsky tells them the story of Grubbery and the lengths supermodel Denver will go to in order to keep her figure.

The 2011 PollyGrind Film Festival recently wrapped up in Las Vegas, and the madman behind the scenes, Chad Clinton Freeman, checked in with Dread Central to share with us exclusively the winners of this year's fest.
Reveling in everything from arthouse to grindhouse to everything in between, PollyGrind has quickly made a name for itself as one of the up-and-coming premiere genre fests out there due to the success of each year of programming. This year's big winners (and flicks that will no doubt go on to find audiences soon) include the highly controversial The Bunny Game, The Super, Dear God No!, The Gruesome Death of Tommy Pistol and Ratline.

Some trailers focus on grossing you out. The bloody mouths, the stumped limbs, the overall yuck factor of it all. Some trailers focus on sexual deviancy, up-skirt shots, copulating with members of the clergy or fornicating behind a butcher's counter. The ambitious filmmakers behind Psycho Street decided to just go on ahead and throw it all into one pretty extreme trailer. Wow.
Psycho Street is a three-part anthology film starring Tiffany Shepis as the best looking version of the Crypt Keeper we've ever seen, welcoming you to the twisted town of Kronanburg where things ... well, things tend to get fucked up. And even though the film has already been picked up by R-Squared for a 2012 release, we thought you'd like to be the first on your block to take an early look at this intriguing Nsfw (that's Not Safe For Work for you cubicle jockeys prowling the internet on company time) trailer.

Chillerama I have five horror films that are on my must see list for the year. They include House of Purgatory which stars Brian Krause as a skeleton faced villain that torments a group of teens on Halloween. There's Scary or Die, starring Corbin Bleu, an anthology in the vein of Creepshow. The long delayed remake of Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, starring Katie Holmes, is my must see summer horror movie. The Reunion, starring Raine Brown, intrigued me with its balance of drama and horror as zombies make a troubled reunion between old friends even more problematic. And the fifth title is.....(drumroll)....Chillerama! After catching Tim Sullivan's clever take on the beach movie with "I Was a Teenage Werebear", one of the segments of Chillerama, Chillerama is one of the most anticipated horror films of the year for me. Now horror fans who are awaiting the release of this movie,...

The Reunion From writer C.B. Kaczor and director/screenwriter Jeff Stewart comes The Reunion which exhibits characteristics of crime drama, suspense and zombie thrillers. Think "The Wire" meets "Dawn of the Dead". The Reunion is a compelling tale of the human tragedy of a life of crime, followed by redemption and betrayal. Further pressures are placed on the characters by an unforeseen event, a zombie outbreak. Starring in The Reunion is notable scream queen Raine Brown who has appeared in such efforts as Sculpture, Horror, The Super, 100 Tears, and the upcoming Torture Chamber.
The story revolves around Braxton & Ben, two childhood friends who end up in the drug trade. When Ben is sent to jail, Braxton decides to call it quits and become an honest businessman. James Tucker is the director behind Aunt Rose starring Joshua Nelson, Elizabeth Cooke, Velocity Chyaldd, Raine Brown and Kevin T. Collins. Aunt Rose follows a family who is token hostage by a group of criminals, however what they didn't anticpate was having to deal with Aunt Rose. You see Aunt Rose may appear sickley, but she has some supernatural powers that she isn't afraid to deploy in order to save her family. We wanted to know more about James Tucker, his work relationship with Joshua Nelson, and of course the movie, Aunt Rose. Here is what he had to say.
So who is James Tucker and what are you all about?
I am a filmmaker who loves to work behind and in front of the camera. As fate would have it, my first speaking role as an actor was in a comedy, the original Hairspray film directed by John Waters.

The first thing people will notice about horror director Alan Rowe Kelly (Don't Look In The Basement, I'll Bury You Tomorrow) is that he is a gender bender, but Kelly has been bending more then genders his entire career as he has broken out the idea of conventionality. At the age of 39, with 40 just right around the corner, he had an epiphany. Bored with a career as a stylist, he made the sudden and dramatic move to horror. First testing the waters as an author, he switched over to the world of indie horror film directing where he won great acclaim for "I"ll Bury You Tomorrow". As he continued to direct films, he also started making a name for himself in the indie horror world as an actor playing power players, agents, something that rhymes with witch, etc. These were powerful, empowered characters that personally reflected upon Alan Rowe Kelly himself.

At some point in our lives, all of us are expected to brave the terror of falling out of the nest and trying to fly on our own.
For some of us, that means college; for others, immediate employment or attempting to get it. But regardless of future plans or goals, it usually involves scrounging together rent money and curb-diving for couches that don't smell like urine, and we wind up living in shady apartment buildings. Add to that the real estate market of New York City, where for a few thousand dollars a month you can live in a shoe box (parking space fees not included), and you've got the general feeling of despair and hopelessness that permeates The Super.

He and his Clockwerk Pictures team have created one of the darkest and disturbing short films I've ever witnessed with 'Come', think Lovecraft and R-rated Twilight Zone episode mixed with a little Outer Limits, all on acid and then stuck in a blender, I haven't been lucky enough to witness more from him but I'm sure that day is coming. Arthur is a part of Clockwerk Pictures and even the Dark Carnival Film Fest. He's an FX artist, he writes, directs, produces, even makes action figures and can make you laugh in a second! Check out my latest "Versus" with Arthur Cullipher as he's invited all of us for...

I was introduced to Jeremiah Kipp's creepy short film masterpiece 'Contact' just a few weeks ago and I instantly became a fan and found out alot of cool info about him afterwards. Kipp has been involved in some really cool projects from the critical smash zombie opus I Sell The Dead to the upcoming Psycho Street horror anthology. Check out my interview with filmmaker Jeremiah Kipp where we talk about the cool projects he has going on, some of the cool people he's involved with in filmmaking, working with some legendary genre vets, his acting and I brought up my crush on actress Debbie Rochon. Brian S- Hey Jeremiah, we posted your short film 'Contact' a few weeks ago and people really are digging it! Damien Colletti is a young talent that has already been involved in movies, television and even professional wrestling and he's really just beginning. Check out what we talked about below, everything from how he got into the business to the cool projects he's working on now to his love of horror movies and Taco Bell.
Brian S- Hey Damien, first off how did you get into acting?
Damien- Acting was something I’ve always wanted to do and thought about. I remember watching Arnold Schwarzenegger’s films (Conan the Barbarian, Terminator, etc.) when I was younger and loving them. I thought to myself to be like Arnold would be the life and I’d love to do what he’s doing one day! Lol. My mother, Cathy Lyons Colletti, was a successful theater actress (also a produced playwright, published writer, and director) so I was around acting at a very...

Scary Stud of the Year 2009 Billy Garberina graciously accepts his crown and graces us with an update on his new films, his low-paying career path, and his utter elation at being the sexiest man in horror of the past year. Votes don't lie, folks!
Read about how awesome Billy is. I dare you.
How does it feel to be a Scary Stud of the Year?
It makes me feel 12 times more sexy than being Sexy Stud of the Month!...
On the other hand, it only makes me feel 1/10th as Sexy as being Sexy Stud of The Decade. So, does that make me 12x the stud I was, or merely 1/10th the Stud I could be?
I was watching Pumping Iron for the first time ever during the final vote rallies and gleaned some deep insight from a 28 year old Arnold Gubernator about being a champion. Like Arnold at 28, I feel like I'm coming.

We’ve got the troubled remake of the Wolf Man coming up with Benicio del Toro, for one thing. Vampire fiction seems practically overrun with werewolves as side characters or enemies. Germany’s Timo Rose gave Fango the exclusive first look at the latest trailer for his new gorefest Game Over (see it below), and shared the news about his next project, Karl The Butcher Vs. If you were lucky enough to attend Fango’s recently wrapped Weekend of Horrors, you hopefully were also fortunate enough to check out the phenomenal short Insatiable, which screened on Sunday. As much about vampirism and fetishism as it is about a dwindling marriage, the flick is a rare silent pleasure, harking back to the days when creating films was more about experimentation than making money.
“Insatiable really started out of my frustration from trying to sell a feature script of mine in 2004,” writer/director Scott W.
