Hallie Purser, born on March 29, 1999, is an American actress, and improv comedian. Raised by acting parents, Reese Phillip Purser, and Laurie Harrop-Purser, Hallie started acting at a young age. She is of Welsh, English, Scottish and Irish descent. Purser is best known for her roles in The Last Feed, Ethics and Values, and Stalker (2022). She studied acting at Utah Valley University, which is also where she began her career in improv. Hallie is well versed in the art of improv, having studied it for over 5 years, and she founded the Utah Collegiate Improv Festival. Along with acting, Purser is a filmmaker and editor, runs her own demo reel editing business, and has been an acting teacher at the Provo School of the Arts studio since 2021.
