- Bob Stupak was born on April 6, 1942 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. He was an actor, known for Crime Story (1986), Angel Blade (2002) and Nightbreaker (1989). He died on September 25, 2009 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
- Was the owner-operator of the Vegas World Casino in Las Vegas. Under his administration, the famous tower project began, but stopped in mid-construction due to financial problems. He later sold the operation, and the complex (with completed tower) is now known as the Stratosphere Casino.
- Emerged from a coma after breaking every bone in his face from crashing his Harley-Davidson in 1995
- Built the 1,049 foot tall Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas
