Ivanilson Machado
Ivanilson Machado (born March 1, 1979) is an Angolan high management leader, motivational speaker, and digital influencer. Currently working in Maputo - Mozambique as Puma Energy CEO since 2016. Machado as also formerly worked in Trafigura since 2009.
Ivanilson holds a degree in International Relations and Political Sciences from UAL (Autonomous University of Lisbon). He has also attended INSEAD Paris and HEC Paris for more specific courses in management and leadership. Holding management positions from 2009, he joined the Trafigura Group in Angola and then transferred to Puma Energy in Angola. Currently, he is in Mozambique since 2016, as Puma Energy Country General Manager (which includes the general management of three group companies and as a board member of one of them). In 2016 he was chosen for the ranking of the 100 African leaders of tomorrow under 40, that was prepared by the French Institute CHOISEUL. In 2017 he was selected again to be part of the ranking of 100. In 2018 again he was ranked on the top 20 for the last time because he's now making 40 years in 2019.
Recently he has also been nominated for MIPAD (Most Influential People of African Descendent by United Nations) Global top 100 under 40 ranking, within the category of Business and Entrepreneurship inside Africa. And come out on Forbes List because of that global ranking made by the UN.
