- Dawn shot Burgess Meredith in his final on set acting appearance on location at his Malibu home as cinematographer for her documentary "Beneath the Surface: Water Polo".

- Dawn's son, Wolf Wigo, was the captain of the USA Olympic water polo team and played in three Olympic Games. He is one of only 9 people in the history of Stanford University to be named an All American scholar/athlete all 4 years while attending.
