Josh Flagg is moving to a new home — a new home brokerage, that is.
The celebrity real estate agent and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star is joining Compass in its Beverly Hills Office, as Flagg reveals exclusively to The Hollywood Reporter.
“I made the strategic decision to join the top brokerage in the country. Compass’ sterling reputation, extensive network, cutting-edge agent resources, and unwavering commitment to professionalism align perfectly with my values and business goals,” says Flagg in a statement. “With this new partnership, I am confident I will gain access to new opportunities for growth and deliver exceptional results for my clients.” (In 2022, according to RealTrends, Compass did $228 billion in residential sales in the U.S., placing it at No. 1 in the country by volume.)

“Vanderpump Rules” star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss is not part of the BravoCon 2023 lineup that was revealed Friday morning. The former pageant queen and Scandoval participant has not been filming the Bravo reality show — currently in production for eleventh season — and appeared this week on Bethenny Frankel’s podcast to speak out against the network.
Among her claims, Leviss says she has not “seen a penny” after the highly-rated tenth season that focused on her secret relationship with costar Tom Sandoval, who was in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix. On Friday, Leviss announced she has no plans to return to reality TV and has a “no contact” policy with her former castmates.
Frankel is also not part of the BravoCon lineup, which moves from New York to Las Vegas this year.

Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen hoped his son Benjamin would have a great day at camp – but alas, the “Magic 8 Ball” predicted fun was not in the cards.
Cohen shared a video holding the toy, debating the name of it with Ben. “Ben what is this called?” he asked Ben holding the Magic 8 Ball.
Ben replied, “A meatball.”
Of course totally amused, Cohen smiled, “It’s not called a meatball silly. It’s called an 8 Ball.” Ben sweetly told his dad that he still preferred to refer to it as a meatball.

So Cohen wondered if he should ask the “meatball” if Ben was going to have fun at camp. Ben turned the large ball over off-camera and the meatball delivered a prediction.
“It says … very doubtful,” Cohen said reading the ball’s answer and looking frustrated.

Josh Flagg from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles has always thrown shade at the agents on Selling Sunset, but this time the agents from the Netflix show definitely seem to be in on the joke.
Flagg recently viewed some of the “shadiest moments” from Selling Sunset and shared his thoughts about the show on Instagram. He joked about expecting to see a show about real estate but “none of these people have licenses.” Flagg also said all the agents “look the same” plus he laughed at the drama, seemingly enjoying the show.
‘Selling Sunset’ cast responds to Josh Flagg’s observations
For the most part, the Selling Sunset cast hasn’t made many comments about the Million Dollar Listing shade other than saying that they are real agents who sell real estate. This time though some joked back to Flagg on his Instagram post.

Josh Flagg from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles got a little shady on Watch What Happens Live when he claimed to not know that Mauricio Umansky had a show.
A virtual Wwhl fan asked Flagg and co-guest Tracy Tutor if they considered Umansky to be their biggest real estate competitor and their thoughts on his Netflix show Buying Beverly Hills. “I didn’t know he had a show,” Flagg said looking perplexed.

Meanwhile, Tutor had nothing but love for Buying Beverly Hills. “I think it’s adorable. I love watching Farrah,” she said.
She added, “I think she’s just a little boss. I think the family dynamic is super sweet with them and I celebrate them. So congratulations.”

Perhaps Flagg’s shade came from being outranked by Altman.

“Million Dollar Listing New York” — a key installment in Bravo’s long-running real estate franchise — won’t be returning anytime soon, sources tell Variety. Bravo never uses the word “canceled,” instead considering series to be “paused,” since it sometimes brings shows back years later, as was the case with the revived “Real Housewives of Miami” on Peacock last year.
In the case of “Million Dollar Listing New York,” the network had no comment, but the current incarnation of the show is over.

James Harris is coming for Madison Hildebrand.
The two realtors come face to face on the next episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, and Et has your exclusive first look. James seemingly called the meeting to confront Madison about “stealing” a listing they previously worked on together, but eventually lost after they were unable to sell the home. Madison swooped in after the split to get the listing back, just for himself -- and James is convinced he lied to make that happen.
“I just want you to admit, for once, that you might be a pathological liar,” James says. “I just want you to admit it for once, and I’ll have a smile on my face!”
“You lied to get the listing,” he adds after a back and forth over who gets to talk when.
“I did not lie!” Madison counters. “Did you ever talk to [the client] Jerry since the listing expired?”

Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have sold their Bel-Air, California, mansion for $17.8 million.
The pair bought the sprawling one-acre home for $9 million in 2013. As well as transforming its Mediterranean style to a more modern minimal feel, they also repositioned the pool, added extra rooms and installed the biggest type of glass windows in California.
"They did a complete makeover on the house and it really represents Kim and Kanye and where they are in their life right now," Million Dollar Listing realtor Josh Altman, who conducted the sale with brother and partner Matt Altman, tells Et. "It's very artistic, very minimalist. It's almost like walking through a museum."

Tracy Tutor Maltas is ready to bring a feminine touch to Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.
