Wayne Toth(I)
- Special Effects
- Make-Up Department
- Additional Crew
Following a monster-obsessed childhood experimenting with sculpture, makeup, and mask making at a very young age, Wayne Toth officially began his career in special effects and art in 1987.
Wayne has developed skills in all aspects of special effects makeup, sculpture, mechanics, and fabrication ever since. After contributing for many years at major makeup effects shops, most notably KNB EFX, Wayne ventured out to work on his own projects.
His wide array of skills has allowed him to take on many diverse projects over the years, from creating large mechanical puppets, props and robots for the music tours of Rob Zombie, Danzig, Alice Cooper, The Misfits, Ghost, and others, to the creation of the large bronze memorial sculpture of punk legend Johnny Ramone that stands in the Hollywood Forever cemetery.
Wayne is known for creating a new iconic version of horror character Michael Myers for Rob Zombie's Halloween 1&2, as well as creating many other memorable characters for all of Rob Zombie's films.
Wayne continues to hone his skills, finding the process of devising ways to make challenging ideas a reality the most satisfying aspect of his career.
