- Dated Frank Sinatra who was godfather to her son, Trevor. Met Sinatra through her then-boyfriend, Harry Guardino.
- She is the only female lead of the television series The Avengers (1961) not to appear in a James Bond film: Honor Blackman was in Goldfinger (1964), Diana Rigg and Joanna Lumley were both in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969).
